Snowhite has created and fostered a working culture, which it call “Understand ‘n Care”. This represent the values and guide lines for all the management and workers in the performance of their daily tasks and encapsulates values such as sincerity, motivation, competence, commitment, reliability, and efficiency with loyalty.
These core values are reinforced with on going professional development training for Snowhite staff. The effectiveness of these programmes is evidenced by achieving quality assurance certification ISO 9001-200.
